Improvement priorities for 2026/27

Having reviewed all of our Key Performance Measures from 2025/26, and evaluated our curriculum provision, the governors and Senior Leadership Team have completed a detailed School Improvement Plan to build on our continued success.  The summary priorities are shown below:

  The Senior Leadership Team  are always mindful of staff mental health and well-being, and as such, regularly review staff workload and ensure that responsibilities are reasonable and commensurate with their role in school.
