It’s finally April and the clocks have ‘leapt’ forward. After what feels like the worlds longest winter, even though it has only been a couple of days, I am already loving the extra evening daylight. We have many exciting things planned for this term so please remember to look at the calendar’s on the website and Dojo for more information.

Hopefully some of you will have met our most recent addition to the Birdham Family – Miss Elsie Jack who will be working as a Teaching Assistant, mostly in Robin and Goldfinch classes.
We also welcome a new student teacher, Miss Jess Hughes, who will only be working in Robin class. Please be sure to welcome them both with a smile when you see them. 😊
ROAD WORKS
Roadworks are taking place in Crooked Lane for the remainder of this week. Please plan ahead to make sure you are not late for school!
Church Service and end of term
Friday 4th April is our Church Service at St James Church, Birdham starting at 9.30am. You may be treated to a performance of ‘O Happy Day’ from the parents and staff choir! All welcome, so please join us if you can.
At the end of the day, please join us in the bus (weather permitting) or hall from 2.30pm when we will be having hot cross buns before letting the children leave school. If you are not able to join us, we will, of course, keep your children safe until you can collect them.
